Says the CA recall election results were corrupt before any ballots were cast...

Every registered voter was sent a mail-in ballot. About a third of these have already been returned. They won't be opened until tomorrow, but voting has been underway for almost a month.

what it means is that the elections office verified the signature and it got tossed in the "good ballots" pile. According to my county's registrar, they don't actually open the envelopes until election day

I don’t remember whether it was after a primary or the general that he chuckled and said that he was going to claim the elections were rigged but since he won..
