Madison Cawthorn decided to use the Henderson Co, NC school board meeting tonight to incite sedition against Gov Cooper: “You are not the king, we are not your subjects. We the people will not bow to you. We will not accept your edicts. North Carolinians have had enough.”

Nobody is saying that Governor Cooper is the king. He's the governor. Elected by the people of the State of North Carolina. Kings aren't elected, Madison. Governor Cooper may run for re-election, and could be re-elected by a popular vote of the people of North Carolina. Kings don't run for re-election Madison. Governor Cooper has certain powers and privileges under the laws of the State of North Carolina. There is no provision for a king under North Carolina law.

You're kind of dim, aren't you Madison?

'We' should be used only by royalty, editors, and people with tapeworm. This wretch is neither royal nor an editor.
