Top items:
-reform the recall process to 1) require more signatures and 2) to automatically make the lt. governor the new governor (note that in California governor and lt governor are elected separately, and we have had instances this century where they were from different parties)
-pass a law similar to Kentucky's that if a governor replaces a senator the replacement should be from the same party

Lots of stupid grandstanding will result.

A) executive orders against masks, vaccinate mandates etc.

Just stupid stuff that his base will love, but won't be enforceable.
