Abbott has done, the Democratic county judge of Dallas County is always careful to say publicly that the virus is the enemy, not the governor or a political party. I commend him for that, but I'm sure he has a few choice words about Texas Republicans in private.

Not even really a drop in the bucket.
(Why it costs so much to build housing for the homeless in California is a different question entirely and one not appropriate for this forum.)
