Riley Roberts (AOC's boyfriend) is adorable! Isn't he?

Awww.... Just look at that cute little grin and the "please-hug-me" eyes. (Also, my son's sweet husband is a bit of a "bearded-ginger" ... so that automatically wins points for him.)

4. Apparently they're "living-in-sin" (as it was called back in my day) ;-)

I wonder if they're going to tie-the-knot and make it official. (I remember my own mother was HORRIFIED when she found out that I had already moved in with my husband BEFORE we got married. And it was my 2nd marriage anyway... so I never understood what the big deal was, but she just thought it was wrong. Bless her.)

7. I know, right? Young love... so sweet. My husband and I were SO BROKE when we got married...

... I hated it then, but looking back, those were some wonderful times. We're definitely not financially wealthy by any measure, but the stress of BEING YOUNG and damn-near broke is a lot less than the stress of BEING OLD and hoping what we have is enough to retire on.

Do you know how they met? Is he in politics as well? He would make a charismatic candidate, not sure of his politics but he is easy on the eyes.

12. Well, to be honest... Harry is cuter. (IMHO)

But I agree with your earlier comment that he could be successful in politics.

In fact, a couple of times I had to borrow money from my retired parents to make ends meet.

She certainly wasn't a millionaire with her own company or a side business.

But like with you, those were great times and, looking back now almost 30 years, I wouldn't trade it for the world.

15. Same...when we bought our first house, I had to stay with my Mom for two weeks as we couldn't afford

diapers, groceries, or gas...spent it all on the House...getting a house then wasn't easy! We lived in a 20% money-down state. My husband stayed with his sister near his job in New York. But, the future was an unwritten book...we could do anything...the possibilities were endless and exciting. I miss that and having young kiddos.
