Roger Stone interrupted during radio interview to get served papers for Capitol riot lawsuit

Audio of the event was posted to Twitter by former federal prosecutor Ron Filipkowski.

"While Roger Stone was live on the air this morning with 'Real Talk 93.3' (St Louis) doing an interview about the 2024 election, he gets served by a process server with the January 6 lawsuit," he explained, while posting a clip from Joe Hoft's show.

Stone was answering a question about why he thinks it is "imperative" for Trump to run in 2024 when the interview was interrupted.

50 senators, sometimes plus manchin, seem to be able to do quite a bit to cover the rears of the violent right and protect them from any lasting consequences.

Roger Stone has been a conservative foil for 2 decades. Fer chrissakes ppl---just LOOK at him!! He's the living embodiment of a goddamned comic character.

The Stone TOOL has been used to "own" the libs. And here we are again...talking about Stone instead of SB8, the Big Lie, Jan6, or other issues.

Wake the hell up. Channel your time and outrage toward the legal fuckwits who have failed to LOCK THIS SOB UP.

He was part of the reason Gore lost Florida - that and 100,000 voters purged from the rolls. And a crooked SOS. The beginning of the end.

...Stone moved to Washington to attend George Washington University, but he became so engrossed in Republican politics that he never graduated. He was just nineteen when he played a bit part in the Watergate scandals. He adopted the pseudonym Jason Rainier and made contributions in the name of the Young Socialist Alliance to the campaign of Pete McCloskey, who was challenging Nixon for the Republican nomination in 1972. Stone then sent a receipt to the Manchester Union Leader, to “prove” that Nixon’s adversary was a left-wing stooge. Stone hired another Republican operative, who was given the pseudonym Sedan Chair II, to infiltrate the McGovern campaign. Stone’s Watergate high jinks were revealed during congressional hearings in 1973, and the news cost Stone his job on the staff of Senator Robert Dole. Stone then moved into the world of political consulting, to which he was temperamentally better suited than government service. He co-founded the National Conservative Political Action Committee, which spent money in support of candidates, including Chuck Grassley, of Iowa, and Dan Quayle, in Indiana, who were instrumental in the G.O.P. takeover of the Senate...

is the biggest political mistake in history for democrats and progressives - especially the organizations they donate to - to continue to ignore rw radio - the biggest political mistake in history. and Putin has been using it since at least 2008, when his campaign cochair manafort, who was already working for Putin, got Limbaugh to withold his endorsement until minutes after mccain chose Palin for VP.

fakenewsradio.org were shamed into looking for apolitical alts to broadcast sports on others would be shamed into following and it would start an exodus of advertisers away from rw radio.

the ad cos would force the owners to start offering alternative programing and some might even try 'balance' and there's no way the liars could hold out. the major station companies/monopolies would have to reduce their reliance on rw stations that are getting people killed with covid and global warming denial. penn state broadcasts on 11 x limbaugh stations that have probably been calling on the states GOP to do this ridiculous voter suppression ID exposure for trump. penn state activists likely have no idea.

all it would take is a well known org or activist to get attention to it
