Top 21 states Covid cases per million. 20 red states.

Go to https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/ and click on cases per million to get the top states. The only blue state out of the top 21 states is Rhode Island, but they have a Republican governor [edit, not true. I thought it was Lincoln Chafee]. The only red state with a Democratic governor (to my knowledge) is Louisiana.

How in the fuck do they elect a Democratic Governor, but 2 of the Biggest ASSHOLES for Senators, and by a wide margin each time.

I guess they keep electing Turtle, so they can make their insignificant state feel important, having someone in a leadership position. But what about Rand the Dipshit?
