My kids have graduated, but my neighbor has a 6-year-old and is grateful for the mask and vaccine mandates, and terrified that her child could get sick because of these morons. Ugh.

1. They're doing this in Mequon-Theinsville, WI right now too.

It's my grandson's school district, and my son-in-law works in the district. He it's absolutely crazy that they're doing this, but I really don't know any more than the article says since we haven't really discussed it in depth other than they're anti-maskers/anti-vaxxers, and most are very affluent.

3. "Very affluent" describes these people too

Our district is generally pretty wealthy with pockets of those who are less so. It's also VERY blue. Our Congressman is Joe Neguse, one of the house managers in the second impeachment.

I don't know the politics of the people trying the recall, because I know some leftists oppose vaccines, and we have some of them here. But they sure do sound like entitled assholes to me.

4. These crazies think they're the majority

Because they make so much noise. In reality, anti Covid Vaxxers are less than 1 in 4. Right now in the US 76% of all adults have taken at least 1 shot of the Covid vaccine. 24% have not and that number is shrinking daily.

7. The school boards need to tell these entitled assholes

“You have two choices. Either your kid wears a mask, or your kid must be schooled remotely. If you can’t make a decision, we will make it for you.”

This bullshit of some kids wearing masks and some not wearing masks is pointless. Unbelievable that grown adults can’t grasp this concept.
