OK, a fence.

What about inside of the building? Last time the attack came from the inside of the building also. People let them in gave them tours to see where to go during the insurrection. Some of the GOP who worked there had helped plan it. What is being done?

The people working on this have lots more information and the ability to plan ahead. The element of surprise is greatly reduced.
