Am I missing something obvious?

How can you only get

4/11 odds picking Obama for the win but then get

4/1 odds picking Obama to get 270+ electoral college votes?

This strikes me as impossible.

They mean the same thing.

That would seem to allow for one hell of an arbitrage.

Something must be wrong, or I'm missing something and need to go to sleep.
