MONDAY: Call Out Their Rhetoric and Posturing as Dangerous and Irresponsible

and a real threat to our national security and a prelude to entanglements the American people are opposed to. Hell, call him all hat and no cattle if you think that will be effective (zero foreign policy experience, only advised by failed advisers, and lots of talk).

Reject any assertion that this Administration's foreign policy can be derided as weak by running down the usual list of accomplishments and emphasizing our newly won ability to act with the support of the world and pursue effective and wounding policies that do not occasion the loss of American life.

Hammer Romney for surrounding himself with nothing but the Bush foreign policy team in a clear signal that any policies he has beyond dangerous and reckless bluster will represent a fatal step BACKWARDS. In fact, the very nature of who he has chosen to advise him ensures that Romney will be ill-advised and says that his policies will be those that have been proven to be disastrous and costly to a level we cannot afford.

You might even want to throw the dagger that your opponent managed to create an international incident nearly everywhere he went in the space of barely a week.

State that the success of your administration has been to favor efficiency and the refusal to shoulder the cost of world action in either American funds or human lives. Yes, the cost has unfortunately continued to be crushing over these last four years as we extricated ourselves first from Iraq and now from Afghanistan, but if he tries that bullshit, hammer him with how much more costly everything he has said about our current deployments and his proposed involvement in Iran would be.

That should just about do it, no?

I think and hope they will hit all these marks.

Other thoughts?

and continue to point out that he has the least credibility of anyone who might get tough on China -

also the Obama Administration just won *another* trade case against China involving steel - I know he'll mention this.
