Idaho has, for weeks, been sending COVID patients to Washington state's hospitals (which are also straining handling their own in-state outbreaks).... meanwhile the most important issue to Idaho's governor is opposing Biden's vaccine mandate.

aha, is *this* why Spokane's (largest WA city closest to ID) hospitals are currently packed? that was really puzzling b/c even the eastside of WA is pretty well vaxxed.

that something like 95% of the ICU of the hospital she works at (King Co.) are from eastern WA.

Staying in the middle of no where at a place near Yellowstone National Park.
We got gas there one morning. Otherwise didn't see a soul.
Of course, Wyoming is another hot spot. Then we flew home to Florida and my husband went back to his teaching job.
