... Maresa Kunze says her husband Josh was not vaccinated ...
She tells ABC15 the last couple of weeks have been a nightmare, not knowing if Josh, her husband of almost 10 years, is going to make it through the night.

(23,003 posts)I see too many people wearing masks incorrectly to think that this is true. I hear about too many people who "do everything right" but go to church - who do everything right and only don't wear masks in outside crowds (not right at all) or who do everything right but let their kids not wear masks. That's what happened to our neighbor. We just told him he & the rest of the family (all over 13) should have gotten the vaccine earlier and Renee wouldn't have pneumonia right now.

(42,358 posts)Local news anchor told how she did "everything right" and still got Covid. This was after the CDC said fully vaxxed could go without masks. They traveled from Dallas to St. Louis for a family wedding. (Travel's always risky.) She wore her mask in the church service, OK, but then took it off at the reception. WHY bother wearing it in the church if you're going to take it off at the reception????? She started feeling sick after they got back but she is vaxxed so it didn't get too bad. I think she's got a couple kids too young to get vaccinated. I don't remember if she said they got sick.
