Mittwit Tries (and Fails) to Shake Off Romnesia

from Buzzfeed: http://www.buzzfeed.com/mckaycoppins/in-daytona-romney-tries-to-rise-above-romnesia

____ Romney sought to strike a tone of disappointment as he accused Obama of lacking a second-term agenda.

"They've been reduced to petty attacks and silly word games," he said. "Just watch. The Obama campaign has become the incredible shrinking campaign."

On its surface, the carnival-like setting may not have been the optimal place to project presidential seriousness. Standing on stage against the backdrop of an artificial castle in the middle of an outdoor mall, Romney and running mate Paul Ryan addressed roughly 10,000 raucous supporters, many of whom were motorcycle enthusiasts in town for "Biketoberfest."

Outside the perimeter, protesters heckled, women grinded on poles, and intoxicated revelers at a Bubba Gump Shrimp spilled beer as they danced to the campaign soundtrack blasting out of the speakers. From inside the rally, reporters witnessed at least two people throw up on the sidewalk.

the Rmoney campaign has been good at giving the PERCEPTION of enthusiasm even when there was none. For example:see Coal Miners forced to stand behind him; see signs saying that the area behind him was "reserved" for "willing" supporters.

When I read that it was during the middle of Biketoberfest....well...I can't help but be suspicious.

. . . given the number of articles from Buzzfeed slanted favorably toward Romney and republicans. (still a strong source of breaking news, though, which I can't appreciate enough.)

You're not going to get much more of a response to this spam than you already have. (you like pizza?)

That's all the Republicans can do.

Fussing about:
"You didn't build that"
"act of terror"
"not optimal"

and now.... in the same sentence in which he decries silly word games... "the incredible shrinking campaign!"

it's coming back to bite the bastards in the ass.

The ACA can now be considered PBO's singular legislative achievement, indelibly branded with his name! Payback's a btich!

while setting up your rally in the middle of "Biketoberfest," then you might have Romnesia.

Next time, try to draw your own supporters. Of course, that would be hard for you because then more than half of your audience would be President Obamas.
