Whoopie Goldberg: When I read about your husband, what I had read and maybe you can correct this is that the reason he didnt serve in Vietnam was because it was against the religion.
Ann Romney: Thats not correct. He was serving his mission, and my five sons have also served missions. None served in the military, but I do have one son that feels that hes giving back to his country in a significant way where he is now a doctor and he is taking care of veterans. So, you know, we find different ways of serving. And my husband and my five boys did serve missions, did not serve in the military.

It just isn't romantic, that is the grind, it is a calculated proposition in the shape of a heart. There is such a thing as romance, but Mitt and Ann can only view it from afar.
P.S. Ann married for money.
P.S.S. Mitt knows it.
It is one of those little big things. Get it?

I despise able bodied men who support wars they are willing to let others fight but unwilling to attend themselves. When they make excuses for it I go from merely despising to abhorrently loathing them. When they proffer it wrapped in the putrescent hypocrisy of piety, I want to puke.
