...a licensed MD.
There were people in my field that used the term doctor. (I was not one of them. It's pompous & pretentious)
But, an exemption from them wouldn't count, and a PhD in my field requires more schooling than being a chiropractor.
So, it shouldn't count from him, either.
Glad the school rejected these claims.
