Crazy! I can't find even ONE article about yesterday's rally in DC

Instead of talking about what a failure the "rally" was, CNN was breathlessly repeating its "breaking news" about the Afghan drone strike. It's fine for them to talk about that, but given the obsession with the rally for the last few weeks, it's very clear what CNN is about: stoking fears to generate ratings.

But there was very little mention of the sparse attendance yesterday from what I heard.

And looking at cnn.com right now, there is essentially NO coverage of an event that CNN itself made out to be a huge deal. The failure of this event to attract anyone should be big news. However, they don't want to cover the fiasco aspect of it because it takes away a ratings-booster from them (Dems v. Trumpists).

10. When I was watching, they had three different reporters at different locations on the mall.

They all commented on the lack of attendance and how many press people were there.

They showed a mini- BLM scuffle at one point. I didn’t watch it all day, but there was plenty of coverage.

Not that there was anything to cover lol. Personally, i think it would have been better for them to ignore it altogether. A nothingburger, as many here predicted.
