Three shot as family fight over gifts at Pa. baby shower

Three people were shot Saturday during a baby shower in Pennsylvania after a fight about gifts, police said.

Police in Lower Burrell, a small city 30 minutes northeast of Pittsburgh, responded to a call reporting an active shooting at the Kinloch Fire Department just after 6 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities discovered that it was “not an active shooter situation but rather an isolated family incident during a baby shower,” city police said on Facebook.

I almost feel we need a Herman Cain like Gif for these fools, but of course the gunman is unharmed.

Used various methods to guess the gender of the baby. One involved a ring and string hanging over the pregnant woman’s belly, better known these days as a bump. The ring would either go back and forth or swing in a circle, indicating a boy for one direction or a girl for the other. I’ll be a monkey’s uncle if I remember which direction meant what. 😂😂😂 It has been too long ago.

No one thought to bring a firearm to the party. 🤷🏻‍♀️

shooter) didn't like her telling him what to do or her tone. Alcohol may have been involved.

As an unmarried college student I distinctly felt I should have been taking surreptitious notes for an Anthropology class — it felt rather tribal and faintly redolent of women’s mysteries.
