Lamented that there were too many assholes/idiots in the world and the only socially acceptable remedy I could imagine was some kind of ray from outer space or some natural phenomena that could either enlighten them or remove them. This may be just that, the great culling of the unwilling to participate in the social contract agreement yet claim the benefits of it.

Sadly they impact so many others and infect many others but I think this will result in population decline that would become evident within a year or two.
