That's where they focused the search over the weekend.
The department also says all media interviews are on hold until further notice.

(40,153 posts)He was a person of interest at the very least. His girlfriend was missing. Why was he given the opportunity to slip away. And the fact that his family kept this from police for 3 days is another strange twist. I think the North Port Police Dept. handled this like the Keystone Cops.

(31,086 posts)maybe they know he's not at the reserve (?) Maybe they are waiting for autopsy results from Wyoming tomorrow, before the FBI takes over the search.

(14,250 posts)They may have intel (from fbi) he was never there. Either he was seen elsewhere, or they had some reason to believe the parents were trying to throw them off the trail.
If that is the case, they aren't going to say where they think he is. Let him keep guessing and thinking he is safe.
