There is no such thing as a "self-made" millionaire

Every time I hear the phrase "self-made millionaire" (or billionaire), it makes me cringe on the inside. There is no damned such thing. Just as nobody ever created a business completely on their own, nobody ever became a millionaire on their own. Anyone who has become wealthy did so with the help and/or labor of others. In fact, the vast majority of these "self-made" millionaires exploited others to get to where they are now.

My hat keeps my long hair in place. My glasses change color (photoreactive) and I need them to see. Everyone at my banks know me. It's never been a problem. Getting the fucking DOORS open is a problem. Damn those fuckers are heavy.

Add to that the fact that the overwhelming majority of the richest people were both born rich and made most of their subsequent fortunes through government largess, and the picture becomes even clearer.
