If the vaccines weren't safe poor countries would be flooded with them . It would not get hoarded by rich countries . I just don't understand who people don't see how stupid and/or cynical this anti-vax stuff is.

... and it'd all be financed with a World Bank Loan paid for by that 3rd world nation. With taxes on the cigarettes. Shit rolls down hill. Money rolls uphill.
