The hidden lie of omission: he became a US senator from LA in 2017. Therefore, every single judicial nominee he ever voted for was nominated by That Fucking Goon.
My counter to his claim: senator Kennedy never once voted yes for a candidate who was nominated by a Democratic president.
See how this can work both ways? He's not nearly as clever as he thinks. And his accent is faker than the orange monster's complexion.

Kennedy seemed to be under extreme stress to me.
It seemed to me like his conscientiousness; was in a live battle with the demon of hate and severely getting its' ass beat.
