The 10th has been mostly blue for some time (7/5 circuit judges). But two Clinton appointees just retired so that Biden can replace them. So for a few weeks it was 5/5 with a Republican Chief Justice.

Now that one of their replacements has been confirmed, it’s back to 6/5 blue and will return to 7/5 shortly.

There are still more red senior judges than blue on the circuit, so any given panel is about as likely to learn one way as the other.

The district judges under the circuit are still ~2/1 red.
