Amazon is lobbying the Federal Government for legalized weed.

It's already being legalized to different degrees in different states. None of the "local" suppliers are willing to ship product out of their own area because the laws are different everywhere, and the penalties are massive. Amazon should not be getting to that business.

The US legal system did nothing because it's a lucrative business model for them.
States are now saying BS to that, and each state is doing whatever it wants. Lucky that I live in Pennsylvania where we have Medical Marijuana, which means a "doctor" (wink wink) has to "prescribe" it (wink wink.) Oh and the state gets their cut too, because every MMJ "patient" needs a state permit that costs $250 and must be renewed annually.
As I understand it, anyone who has an up-to-date MMJ permit won't get arrested for possession. Don't know if that's true, but I haven't heard anything to the contrary.
