So the majority of our caucus will get none of their priorities

and two Senators get theirs and the GOP's. The bi partisan bill spends most of its money on roads, a pittance on public transport, and is funded in nearly its entirety by repurposing spending that was supposed to go to the poor and lower middle class and selling off assets. the GOP of the 1980's would have passed this bill in a heartbeat. The one and only way this is OK is if we get voting rights and an end to gerrymandering.
