In one instance, they attempt to declare a law unconstitutional that has been followed since 1887.

The whole conspiracy is founded on paranoia and the belief that everyone cheats like they do. There was fraud throughout the system and all they needed was for Mike Pence to stand up and declare the election invalid and to declare Donald Trump the President. It is probably safe to say that Donald Trump believes he made a huge mistake in picking Mike Pence as his VP.
