Where is the ad with "a finger on the button" and Ann saying "I have to stabilize him"?

Shouldn't there be a 30-second TV ad from the president:

1. showing a man's finger on the button

2. with Ann Romney saying, "My biggest concern is for his mental well-being" and "I have to calm him down and stabilize him" and Josh Romney saying,"You leave my dad alone for too long, he starts to get crazy so we need my mom to stabilize him"?

Somebody, create that ad!

Leave his parents, grandparents out of it.

Just focus on the fact that his own wife has twice now expressed concern about his mental stability, and if she's worried, then we should be too.

With the foreign policy debate tomorrow night, now would be the time to put out such an ad. (Foreign policy will be the focus of discussion for the next few days as the pundits do their debate reviews.)
