this report was written before they even got the contract, and everything in between is just theatrics. The report will "hint at" fraud and say essentially "wellllllllllllllll we couldn't prove there is fraud, but there is some kooky looking stuff here and obviously drumpf won"

they will further muddy the waters, divide the country, and promote more voter suppression. and that was the goal from day 1.
