tomorrow. I wonder what they came up with? In the end, they must have figured it wouldn't fly, and no one would risk prosecution. I just want to see how wacky it was.
We know they weren't there to do a legitimate recount and report the results.

(2,771 posts)Per Chris Hayes, Trump wants Abbott to push for an audit of the 2020 results in Texas, a race Trump won. Hayes surmised yesterday that the point is to make all elections illegitimate in the publics estimation. Trump and company are dangerous agents of chaos whose aim is to control the majority.

(3,495 posts)figure out who's not voting for you then figure out a way to disenfranchise you. Either by finding something in your background to discredit you, figure out which precincts to starve of resources (increase voter wait times) or how to gerrymander the hell out of you to artificially dilute or concentrate your vote to cement the rule of the minority.

(2,114 posts)In another GD thread, gab13by13 posits the idea that the Republicans were especially keen to get their greedy digital paws all over the juicy voter data that was given to them for their freaking fraudit. The Repubes have future gerrymandering and voter suppression in mind.
my response:
Anyone with as much as a pea for a brain knew that the Republican casino hustler had been kicked down the stairs as a super loser by the honorable citizens of these United States. The country had had it with the Republican lies, bungling, corruption, subservience to Russia, and generally foul arrogance.
d'oh.
The RepubliQon slickster operators knew that from the start. So I've got to agree with you gab, this was another evil, sinful, black-ops-in-plain-sight, anti-democracy Republican data rape.
