They were doing it to proven the election results were wrong and that TFG was cheated. The results they found, unless the media have it wrong, is that the election was fair and square and that PJB was cheated out of 300+ votes. What's going on here...even if this is true according to their calculations why aren't they lying about it? I can't help waiting for the other shoe to drop.

(20,864 posts)have voter data that can be used to gerrymander, suppress the vote, and use it on social media.
Look at what Pa. is asking for.
This wasn't about counting ballots.

(2,807 posts)Even though the report says the exact opposite. They'll seize on some dubious sentence and spin themselves into madness.
By the end of the day they will convince themselves this proves Trump won. Again, even though it says the exact opposite. And they will scream for more states to be Cyber Ninjed.
It's what they do.

(4,726 posts)The Ninjas are going to be very careful to say they didn't find any legally provable fraud/sharpie bleed/bamboo ballots, but they're going to have a dozen pages of "loopholes" "weaknesses" and "inconsistencies" that show the AZ election process is susceptible - "We aren't saying any fraud DID happen, but there's just so many ways it COULD HAVE that you really need a bunch of voter suppression laws, just to be on the safe side."

The report claims that there are more than 50,000 votes where fraud was possible.

I have no doubt that Maricopa County will make easy work of showing that those 50,000 ballots were on the level. But casting doubt on the security of elections is exactly what this was all about.
I agree. Probably both:
Data Harvesting.
I'm sure there's a lot they can do with that data.
&
Legitimizing election audits.
They've probably already made it commonplace (or they will eventually) that people will not trust elections. Every time their side loses they'll want to "check" the results of the states they lost (not the states they won though -- those are good). It's not possible that they just lost. Something fishy had to've taken place. As tfg did with the "rigged" talk prior to both elections, this will do the same. Their whole side thinks/will think any election they lost is fraudulent. Just cast doubt on the results they don't like constantly. Gaslighting.

(13,453 posts)Just keep the pretense that elections aren't on the up-and-up. Adds to voter disillusionment therefore lower turnout. Also clouds any real problems with election fraud.
