(16,368 posts)Walgreens hadn't changed their eligibility info in the signup procedure online yet so I had to go back and say I'm immunocompromised even though I'm not.

When are you going?

(16,368 posts)Walgreens was available, but their system wouldn't let me schedule an appointment when I clicked on "NO" for the immunocompromised question. I went back to that answer and clicked on YES and was able to make my appointment.

I did the same thing - back to pharmacy where I got 1st 2 shots. 👍
Hopefully soon for you!

(30,697 posts)Pfizer. I got all three of my shots there, never had to wait more than a few minutes. I get my prescriptions there, so had no need to prove my underlying condition. The side effects were minimal on the third shot.

(57,073 posts)And ty for encouraging news about no side effects.
I didn't have any, other than mild tenderness at injection site, so not expecting anything more now, but one never knows.
Whatever the side effects are, they, without a doubt, better than long haul!!!

Okay. Not superpowers maybe but certainly a bit of peace.

(210 posts)...from what I'm reading you need to be at least 6 months out from your 2nd dose. I'm not quite there yet, but I want to get mine as soon as I can.
