Have any of you used microcovid.org? It's fascinating.

But I can't figure out where to put in mask habits. They talk about it being a variable. Anyone here used it and found that? NEVER MIND - I found it in Tracker/FAQ. There are multipliers for different locations and maskwearing.

I'm seeing it under - Step 2: Describe the scenario/Precautions/Your mask: Multi-layer cloth mask with tight, secure fit (pick an option)/Their mask: Multi-layer cloth mask with tight, secure fit (pick an option).

I've never heard of it until your post though.

...is a variable for % of people wearing a mask.
I wish that was explained.

It does ask how many people nearby... I kind of get that it would be hard if you had to describe each person individually... Though probably more accurate.

But, if I go to the pharmacy, I'm probably seeing 95% of people masked.
At the grocery store, it might just be 70-75%.
That has to make a difference.
Even if they are using an average from another survey on masking for one's state & county, it would be nice for that to be explained.

Here's a link:
https://www.microcovid.org/

I agree with you that the % of masked people is a variable that doesn't pop up.
They ask about people's masks, but I don't know if it assumes 100% mask use, or derived baseline value.
I got "Low Risk, 9% of budget".

Pretty cool. I'm in the 1.5 MicroCOVID risk range.
