Maybe McCullough's campaign havn't gotten their signs delivered by Dejoy's Postal Service, or maybe they are investing elsewhere, but I just drove from the Sandbridge area to First Landing State Park in the Hampton Roads area and saw nothing but Youngkin signs.
Every major intersection, from General Booth and Dam Neck, to Oceania Blvd and General Booth, to Great Neck and Shore Dr, and all points in between had nothing but Youngkin and the entire Retrumplicans slate. Not one McCullough sign to be found.
Hampton Roads is also not the reliable red area it used to be. We just sent Elaine Luria back to Congress in a seat that used to be reliably red.
BTW-Congresswomen Luria has the kind of back story, integrity, courage and intelligence that would make her a great future Speaker of the House, or President.
I hope that the reward for an armed insurrection to destroy Democracy is NOT the Virginia Governorship.

About that, anyway. More to the point is covid putting the brakes on door knocking and mall operations.

(1,259 posts)In all of metropolitan Los Angeles I saw no signs saying No to the Recall, but I saw plenty of Vote Elder signs, even in my neighborhood where it was Biden/Harris signs through all of 2020 and never a Trump sign in site.
But my LA Suburb voted 60% NO on the recall
