Then it's more likely Greene than Boebert.

Boebert is a barely functioning MOC who owned a floundering restaurant in CO and definitely not in the upper echelon of the Republicans. She wouldn't even know to ask to be a member of the Capitol Hill Club.

Greene however has big money and associates herself with GOP leadership - Gaetz, #Traitor, McCarthy etc. She's treated like a rising star. She would know about the Capitol Hill Club and would preemptively try to get included there even if she didn't deserve it (yet. She's a bigger threat than Bang Bang imo)
