Her 'point' (being generous here) goes along these lines ...

"Why do you care whether *I* get vaccinated ... if *YOU* are vaccinated? Does your vaccine not work unless everyone ELSE gets a shot?"

Subtext is "It must not be a very good vaccine then, so why should *I* take it?"

That leads me to believe that the majority of her constituents are probably just as incredibly ignorant and uninformed, and just as proud of their own ignorance.
