Matt Gaetz said Tucker Carlson is correct about white nationalist 'replacement' conspiracy theory

called ADL racist

Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida appeared to endorse a white nationalist conspiracy theory that Tucker Carlson promoted on his Fox News show last week.

".@TuckerCarlson is CORRECT about Replacement Theory as he explains what is happening to America," Gaetz, a Republican, wrote in a tweet Saturday.

Carlson embraced the "Great Replacement Theory" on his show Wednesday during a segment attacking President Joe Biden for the Haitian migrant crisis that played out on the southern border last week.

He accused Biden of intentionally bringing immigrants into the country for political purposes and falsely said Biden supports open borders.

What Matt Gaetz’s Legal Lineup Tells Us About His Troubles

While the federal sex crimes investigation into Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has not fueled the kinds of explosive headlines it generated when the news first broke in late March, the case shows no signs of a slowdown.

n fact, legal experts told The Daily Beast, the perceived lull is nothing outside the norm and can be chalked up to a number of factors—including a wide range of charges that investigators could be exploring. Although Gaetz and his allies like to interpret the lack of charges as an indication of innocence, the delays could just as easily suggest that the charges that could be coming down the pike are extremely grave and complex.

And if you were looking for an indication of just how seriously Gaetz himself is taking the prospect of charges, look no further than the high-powered team of attorneys the beleaguered Florida man has brought on for his defense.

That team features a trio of powerful litigators from New York City, well outside the bounds of the Middle District of Florida, where the Justice Department investigation is being handled.

The only people who are subject to being called anti-Semitic are people who get stuck on the treatment of the folks living in Gaza. Gaetz will get a pass from the media, as will Carlson.

Israel has a rather utilitarian view of the world. They know Republicans are full of White supremacists, but the Republican party does things for Israel to appease Evangelicals in the US.

But Israelis see an increasing hate against them and Jews among Democrats (namely the Squad) which is putting a rift between Israeli and American Jews.

I've had Israelis tell me, they know Republicans and the far-right are Antisemitic. We've been dealing with those type of Antisemites forever.

It's the left-wing Antisemites that are harder to deal with, because the left-wing is supposed to be the tolerant ones who support minorities. So when the left-wing attacks Jews and Israelis, they get more offended by it.

Democrats never advocated for open borders or said they are open. The word was spread via the Republican anti-PR campaign against us. As far as replacement theory, they keep up their stupid bullshit and their Republicans are going to get replaced by Democrats.

The Racist ‘Theory’ That Inspired Murderers Is Now GOP Dogma

Newt Gingrich, Stephen Miller, Paul Gosar and Marjorie Taylor Greene, among others, all keep alluding to the same vicious, violent idea.

by Wajahat Ali
The Daily Beast, Aug. 09, 2021

The hoods are off, and Republicans are embracing the white supremacist “replacement theory.”

If you’re dismissing this as fear-mongering or click-bait, you probably missed Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House and renowned adulterer, espousing replacement theory rhetoric on Fox News earlier this week while talking to host Maria Baritromo, who always has time to offer a platform to dangerous conspiracy peddling. Speaking about Mexican immigrants coming to America during the pandemic, Gingrich said the “radical left” wants to “get rid of the rest of us” and would “love to drown traditional, classic Americans with as many people as they can who know nothing of American history, nothing of American tradition, nothing of the rule of law.”

He wasn’t talking about Donald Trump, notorious for being historically ignorant and profoundly incurious, but about those of us with darker skin, who are never seen as “traditional” or “classic” or “real Americans.” Gingrich, a craven political opportunist, parroted the talking points associated with “the great replacement” theory, also known as “white genocide,” which stipulates the white race and “Western civilization” are in dire threat of being weakened and ultimately usurped by immigrants of color, Muslims, feminists, and gays.

This nefarious international scheme is allegedly masterminded by a cabal of secretive and powerful Jews, who are perpetual supervillains in conspiratorial narratives. One of the main leaders of this alleged “deep state” is George Soros, the Hungarian-born, Jewish American billionaire and Holocaust survivor, whom Fox host Tucker Carlson accused of trying to hijack and remake American democracy and the Washington Times alleged was on a “quest to destroy America.” Before the 2018 midterm elections, President Trump said “a lot of people say” that Soros was funding the “caravan” of undocumented immigrants and Middle Easterners that he warned was about to invade America.

Terrorist Robert Bowers shared Trump’s fear. He proceeded to kill 11 Jewish people in a synagogue, whom he believed were helping the “invaders.” The replacement theory inspired terrorist Brenton Tarrant, who killed more than 50 Muslim “invaders” in New Zealand. Tarrant’s violent act in turn inspired terrorist Patrick Crusius, who killed 21 people in El Paso, Texas, seeking vengeance against “Hispanic” invaders.

Continues…

This asshole defending Fucker Carlson is doing what so many do when it comes to anti-Semitism; they make excuses for it. They either claim the anti-Semitism isn't "real" because they are really talking about something else and the real problem is the charge of anti-Semitism, as is often popular with the Livingstone Principle. Some people can't help themselves, when it comes to anti-Semitism, only the other side is guilty, never their own comrades and any suggestion otherwise is just "a dirty Jew trick" to confuse the situation. It is popular among certain groups.
