I have a prediction about Mitt's response to the Iran breakthrough

During the debates, he will claim to be open to the possibility of negotiations if he is elected president.

Then after the debate, his people will "clarify" that under no circumstances would he ever consider such negotiations.

Bet he'll try to take credit for bringing them to the negotiating table like he did the auto industry rescue, and like his claim that he asked about getting lists of qualified women for his Mass Gov. administration when it was really already prepared and presented to him by a women's advocacy group.

Not sure where the New York Times got this info from but it appears to be false.
