ScAlito was the justice over the emergency request from the plaintiff Gomert from Texas. This is the district he is assigned to. He did not act because Speaker Pelosi called congress back to session to certify the vote. If she had waited, we would have the orange anus as president. The emergency request became moot. What Gomert et all were looking for was to overturn the Electoral Congress act by causing enough mahem to delay the vote thereby causing no one to have a majority and throwing the election to the House which would only have one vote per state according to the 12th amendment and thus re-electing the orange anus.
