I would have to 190% perfect whereas a Blond, Blue Eyed white woman would only have to 55%. she had expereinced that in her own life when her best friend (she was a swedish blue eyed blond, lovely woman), was offered a position over my mother even though she BARELY passed the testing and my mother was top of her class in Lab Pathology. Her friend, even though she was offered the position, was so disgusted that she refused the spot and left the country to go home to Sweden. This was in 1960 in LA.
