The news doesnt help, so mostly I have it on as background noise. Usually my nose is buried in DU, which doesnt always help. It can get a bit panicky here too.

Maybe I need to stay off my social as it seems like the world is coming to an end. I thought my anxiety would dissipate some after the election, but it is just getting worse
