after getting my Covid Booster! Did not even feel it. Expecting sore arm in the morning as was the case with the first 2 vaccines. I asked a young gal working the pharmacy window if she was vaccinated and she said she has a brain lesion so her doc said wait for more info before diving in. Said she is being really careful though. Had a mask on. Count ourselves lucky that we are able to go out and get the vaccines. 'Nite all.

(24,731 posts)Went in for a PCR test, thinking we were going to Canada (decided not to). Found out while there we could get the booster!!
No after-effects to speak of!

(21,450 posts)Had a routine wellness check last week. The NP told me to wait 8 months for Moderna booster, which would be December for me. She said not to get Pfizer. Nothing against Pfizer, just that I should stick with the same brand because their booster doses are based on the earlier shots, which were different for the two brands. From what I have read about Moderna's planned booster, it is more effective to wait until 8 months than to get it at 6.
