I just listened to Rachel Maddow read a testimony by Giuliani relative to the Dominion lawsuit. Lawyer ask Rudy where he got the facts for his claims of election fraud. Giuliani said he read it on Facebook...maybe. He can't keep all the social networks straight. Might have been Instagram...and he didn't have time to verify the credibility of any claims.
Did he interview a witness who made a fraud claim? ..no but he had no reason to not believe the witness...
Rudy's a f'n lawyer and understands 'due diligence' requires some diligence.
So, Trump's #1 lawyer created the Big Lie, based on Facebook's election fraud experts and the unknown credibility of some kook's story.
