Not even is Drumpf not gone, but his Deplorables we shall always have with us (as their Bible says about the Poor), so it’s not really safe for laughing. In the latest tell-all, among the “funny” things are Drumpf’s telling PUTEEN he was only acting/wagging his finger about not interfering in our elections, had to act tough for the cameras. And keeping the anesthesia secret so as not turning over the office to the vice president. Minimally impeachable, max treason.

But our American naivete is endless. Even if we use words like “enemy” or “dirty tricks” about the opposite political party or country, our street smarts are lacking: Even whatever compromat PUTEEN has on Drumpf, he is relentless in the smallest dirty tricks, coughing to trigger Drumpf’s germophobia and planting a Honey Pot translator to lure him. I would have thought that Drumpf’s being a Willing Dupe/Useful Idiot would be enough.

And I would have thought the coughing was real, to plant the covid as another version of poison.

Sometimes laughing at those seeking absolute power and pointing out how ridiculous they actually are is incredibly effective. Not saying it necessarily applies in the case you mentioned, but laughing can take away their power.
