Injury or loss of life to firemen made me cry. Also in tears for the Pandora's box of evil that was opened by TFG and is fed daily by hateful vile racist violent rhetoric. I pray for God to have had enough with this soon because us decent people sure have. And to be a coward besides and hide behind flag masks which I cannot even look at our flag right now. And again having cared for the results of arson it was beyond scary to see it. Hoping for the power of social media to be used for good and not evil and identify his coward ass ASAP.

A Texas man threw a Molotov cocktail into his county’s Democratic Party headquarters Wednesday, starting a small fire, police said.

Cops said Ryan Faircloth, 30, tossed the improvised explosive into the Travis County Democratic Party’s building in Austin around 2 a.m. Wednesday, local NBC affiliate KXAN reported. He also left a threatening letter behind.


Police said surveillance footage captured Faircloth breaking glass with a rock and then throwing the Molotov into the building, according to KXAN. However, the explosive did not ignite and only caused a small fire.

Cops found Faircloth’s Facebook page, which had similar writing to the letter he left behind, KXAN reported. Police did not reveal the contents of the letter, but did say Faircloth was wearing an American flag bandana when he threw the Molotov.

Multiple tipsters helped identify Faircloth, police said. He was arrested Friday and charged with felony arson and felony possession of an illegal weapon.

“What the individual tried to do last night was light a fire of hate and terror,” Katie Naranjo, the Travis County Democratic Party Chair, said Wednesday. “This was an attack.”
