in the United States without a single word of condemnation from ReTHUG politicians?
See I saw a ReTHUG complaining about beheadings in Afghanistan because the US dared to leave.

Every day, more than 100 Americans are killed with guns and more than 230 are shot and wounded. The effects of gun violence in America extend far beyond these casualtiesgun violence shapes the lives of millions of Americans who witness it, know someone who was shot, or live in fear of the next shooting.
In order to illustrate the magnitude of everyday gun violence Everytown has gathered the most comprehensive, publicly available data. Still, significant data gaps remaina result of underfunded, incomplete data collection at the state and federal levels. Filling these gaps is necessary to truly understand the full impact of gun violence in America.

From the article -- More than one-third of gun deaths are homicides. The rate of gun violence in America is staggering: The US gun homicide rate is 25 times that of other high-income countries.

has been a public health crisis for decades, but the NRA and the arms dealers who sponsor it, have sold the Second Amendment scam as a profit making machine for decades. In the eyes of the gun lobby, deaths and injuries can not be allowed to stand in the way of profits (which are then used to buy politicians and favorable legislation).
