I understand why he's doing what he's doing, and think it will ultimately work out. But I don't agree with most of his positions.
I don't like him, but I don't think he's a seekrit Republican tasked by McConnell to destroy the Biden agenda.
I think he's just a Conservative Dem from a Conservative state looking to not kill his reelection chances. He's an asshole, but he's our asshole.
