in July. It looks to me like Schumer was misrepresenting the situation with Manchin.
Problem is that Joe Manchin has all the leverage in this negotiation. The progressives can work with Manchin and get half a loaf or hold firm on the 3.5 trillion and get nothing.

As a progressive I'm good with nothing rather than Manchin running the show. As long as he gets the blame for tanking it.bluewater
