A CMS rep confirmed to Channel 9′s education reporter Elsa Gillis that the child attended Stoney Creek Elementary School.
According to data released by the health department last week, people under the age of 20 made up 1.5% of the 66 COVID-19 deaths in the county from Sept. 9 to Sept. 22.

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WWBT) - Another child under the age of 10 died of COVID-19 in Virginia, NBC affiliate WAVY reports.
The child who died was in the Eastern health region, VDH told WAVY. Additional details were not released to protect the privacy of the child and family.

Between two and four Sacramento County children have died of coronavirus during the pandemic, data in a recent report from the local health office to county leaders showed, compared to nearly 2,200 COVID-19 deaths among adults.
One of the child deaths happened in February 2021, according to a presentation by the county health officer during Tuesdays Board of Supervisors meeting.
Local health officials have not publicly disclosed juvenile COVID-19 deaths, citing privacy protocols. The 0-to-17 death toll was redacted in the health officers presentation but could be determined indirectly from other data that was displayed ...
