"Scrubs by the Ocean" a Chen World Production

ACT 1: Yui has Surgery
Scene: CHEN WORLD HOSPITAL
Surgery Room--
The surgery room is prepped for surgery... surgery kits are layed out, surgeon's tools, and a table set up. Near by an engineering is putting the last touches on the over head lights...draws up his ladder and exits the scene. Gowns are laid out as the staff wash up and scrub up before Surgery. A nurse has gone to go grab Patient 1A, first of the day, a simple procedure...and a little Asian girl is wheeled into THE OR. The Nurses help her up on a table and she meekly asks if she can PLAY her music.

"of course" the nurses Responded. The Doctors here love music she is informed.

Doctor DNCE enters the scene checking his tools and is masked up. (It is Covid season, ya know!) He looks around the room at all the masked faces, "Are we ready to start?"

Everyone nods in agreement. He looks at the little girl, and says "Hit it!" The music starts

From the ceiling a DISCO BALL DROPS and the lights go off... and everyone starts dancing! Lights from the devices blink in time with the music, A bass player emerges from the side playing her bass and everyone shouts "JIN JOOOOOOO!!"




ACT TWO: UNITE US!
Dr. PNAU enters the scene
The Surgery is going well, under the disco ball and a young doctor comes in to help with sewing the patient up using wire and surgery glue . His theme drops

As the others keep dancing... in the corner a janitor has found a dance partner in the form of a mop. As the two doctors check over the patient, in the flashing lights, one doctor calls for NURSE ARONCHUPA


ACT THREE: FUK dat little mouse, I'm a Albatross
As she comes in her theme plays as someone rolls a piano into the Surgery room!

Nurse Aronhupa comes in with her fellow Nurses singing her song. The entire staff bob and weave their heads to the music as they work on their own individual projects.




As the staff ends the surgery, they all yell "NEXT!!" as the song ends.
